It is a valuable asset which can be maintained for a long time through proper upkeep, but areas of staining and incorrect care can cause irreparable damage. Every facade needs a certain amount of care whether it is made of stone, metal or plastic. Regular cleaning and maintenance keep the exterior looking good and can prevent damage to the fabric of the building.

We use various methods of cleaning depending on the surface finish on the cladding or windows and the type of soiling in any given case. A small area on the exterior surface can be cleaned first as a sample. Cleaning windows in awkward areas requires special access techniques as well as experience and caution on the part of the operatives. Innovative cleaning methods can make matters considerably easier, such as the ionic reach & wash system with telescopic poles. Unlike conventional methods, this system enables surfaces to be cleaned up to a height of about 18 metres without aerial work platforms or scaffolding and without leaving unsightly streaks and smears. Our industrial climbers are deployed for areas at greater heights.
